We worked with Executive Concierge (EC) on a large-scale, complex event in Johannesburg for the Ford Global Fellowship (FGF) Program, involving 70 global fellows, Ford Foundation participants, as well as our program and logistics teams. There was unanimous praise for EC. Our entire team was incredibly impressed with the service, care, patience, and kindness of each member of the EC crew during the planning phase, before the event, but especially on the ground. The team were generous with their time and participation in team planning meetings, despite challenging time zones (spanning California, New York and South Africa). They were flexible, good-spirited, and always had a can-do attitude, which helped us feel 100% confident that our event was going to be implemented to the highest standard, with flourishes and texture relevant to our program. The fact that they are woman-owned and led is icing on the cake. We all wish we could work with EC in all locations where we hold our global events. They will be a tough act to follow.
